The book of Acts chronicles the early church's growth and expansion, beginning with the Pentecost event and continuing through Paul's missionary journeys. It highlights the power of the Holy Spirit in empowering believers to share the gospel message and establish churches throughout the Roman Empire.
God tells us to forgive our enemies. God desires that we show love to those who would seek to harm us. Is this an easy task? In the book of Jonah, we see a reluctant prophet sent to Israel's enemy. In our study, we will see the message of God's forgiveness and mercy, which extends to all people.
