April Spoehr
Tiger Cub Care Lead Teacher
April Spoehr has a deep-rooted love for children and a passion for early childhood education. She earned an associate degree in early childhood development from FVTC in 1995 and spent several years working at a licensed daycare in Darby, WI. For 20 years, she nurtured young minds as an in-home daycare provider, creating lasting memories and fostering a love of learning.
In 2019, Mrs. Spoehr joined the Emanuel family as a dedicated member of the Tiger Cub Care team. Her creativity and enthusiasm shine through in her daily interactions with the children, as she crafts engaging activities and provides a comforting presence.
April is a proud mom of three wonderful children who have all followed their passions. Her son is a skilled carpenter, her daughter is a dedicated teacher at St. Peter School in Weyauwega, and her youngest daughter is pursuing her love of music in college.
When she's not inspiring young minds, April enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and tending to her garden. She's also a devoted dog mom.
